Hello Windows Insider, Great news! As we have recently wrapped up the Windows 10 Fall Creator’s Update (RS3) builds, we’ll soon begin rolling out our early RS4 builds to all Insiders in the Fast ring.1 This means that Insiders in the Fast Ring will get the same RS4 builds as those who chose to join Skip Ahead and have already started receiving RS4 builds. If you want to be one of the first to preview these early RS4 builds, make sure that you have selected the Fast Ring in your Windows Insider Program settings. (Go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Insider Program).2 Just remember: these Fast Ring releases may include more bugs and other issues than our other releases. If you prefer to wait a bit longer for Windows 10 Insider Preview features to get more stability, select the Slow Ring or Release Preview instead.
