I’m sorry you’re having troubles with our app. I’m glad you are reaching out to us, as we really want to improve our app and provide a great user experience.   I noticed you are using a Windows Insider build: these builds are not guaranteed to work and there is a known issue with Bluetooth having problems in the latest insider builds (even in the anniversary update). We’ve contacted Microsoft about these problems, but for now the solution is to use an official Windows 10 build instead.   Apart from the Windows version, please make sure you check your “Battery saver” settings. If this is ON, then please go to Settings > System > Battery Saver >  Battery Save Settings and add “Garmin Connect” application under the “Always Allowed” section – this should make the connection between the phone and your device more reliable.   Another thing I would like you to check is Settings > Privacy > Background Apps and make sure that Garmin Connect is enabled.   Wish you a nice day, Andreea
