I reset my phone,but I can't join insider .who can help me.If I cannot join insider .I cannot download the keyboard of Chinese.Help me. Help me
***图片停止解析***问题已解决，谢谢大家的关注。另外我下载键盘的方式是正确的，确实要先加入预览计划然后选择下载键盘，然后去检查更新，之后可以下载语音与键盘，等两天好像没有用的。

Three days ago I find myself cannot download any KEYBOARD at all just like you but it changed as soon as I join in the Insider Program and update my mobile phone to the latest WM edition. I reckon that you should reset your phone or wait for an update if you like.

我记得我以前升10240预览的时候，出现这个问题，我就是偶然切换到芬兰下载的。。后面出现几次，都这样解决了

在14393.5版本，莫名其妙的就不是insider 会员了，当时无论是wifi还是手机网络都提示楼主这个错误！重置后立马进行了设置，一次性成功！升级到14393.67后，居然又加入不了了！有点郁闷了，等有空了再重置看看！

Try to check if the MS servers are banned by visiting Microsoft.com. If the website is banned, try to set your DNS server to 114.114.114.114.
I think that would help.
