由于本人在外地偶然一次机会上了YouTube，发现有一机油竟然自称是NOKIA工程师实习生，竟然说出来一个秘密！ 原来920发布之初，那时候国内4G都还没有，而欧洲地区已经开始盛行，所以当初920上市的时候凡是可以用到4G网络的地区都可以直接使用，天朝近两年虽然4G刚刚开始，但是关键就在运营商发布软件更新配置文件才能使用到，正如老话说的好“眼见不一定为实”，尽管运营商没有更新开通4G网络的配置文件，但是依然可以使用。这听起来有点矛盾，请往下看（我直接把国外机油的帖子转过来）：

Last October when Nokia announced the Lumia 920 and Lumia 820, they confirmed that both handsets were LTE enabled. That meant you could buy one unlocked, put a 4G SIM inside and browse the web on superfast LTE. However, users on EE in the UK (and others worldwide) reported that the max connection speed of 4G was missing from the settings and the handset would only pick up 3G.

Disclaimer: This could void your warranty and cause irreparable damage to your Lumia.

Here’s how to enable 4G LTE on the Lumia 920 / Lumia 820:


Step 1 – Field Test

Go to your dialler and punch in the following code: ##3282 and press call. (If nothing happens, you’ll need to type in ##3282# and then press call.



Step 2 – LTE

In the resulting field test menu, look for the LTE option – there are several options but you want the one that says LTE and nothing else.

Select LTE and you’ll notice the first line says Invalid.




Step 3 – 4G Only

In the LTE menu at the bottom right of the screen, tap on the 3 dots and from the menu, select Settings.

From the next menu, tap on Network Type and select 4G only. (If you don’t have 4G only as an option, your software is disabling 4G and you’ll need to flash another ROM – see our guide here).

Now tap down from the top of the screen and see if your Lumia displays 4G. If it does, move on to the next step.



Step 4 – Toggle ENS

Now select the Network Type to Automatic and then hit the Toggle ENS switch. Now you’ll need to restart the phone and we would recommend coming out of Field Test by repeatedly pressing the back key unti you’re on the home screen.

Once you’ve rebooted the phone, your phone should display 4G. It’s worth noting that your phone Settings menu will still not display 4G as a max connection speed but your phone will pick up and use 4G LTE services.
